Ingredients

  • Waffle ice cream cone
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • Shred coconut
  • Sprinkles
  • Freshly washed and dried strawberries
  • Freshly washed and dried pomegrante
  • Freshly washed and dried blueberries
  • Freshly washed and dried mango
  • Freshly washed and dried grapes

 

Method

  1. Heat the chocolate in separate bowls over simmering water, keep on a low heat and be sure not to let the water from the bowls touch the chocolate. Once melted, remove the bowls of melted chocolate from the simmering water and let the chocolate cool but only for a few minutes
  2. Dip each waffle cone into the melted chocolate
  3. Dip each waffle cone into the sprinkles

  1. Fill each dipped waffle cone with the fruit
  2. Sprinkle the fruit with the remainder of the melted chocolate and sprinkle

Marshmallow Pops

Marshmallow pops are a fun and easy sweet treat for your dessert table.

Ingredients

  • 50g White Chocolate
  • 50g Milk Chocolate
  • 1 bag of marshmallows
  • 1 pack of lollipop sticks
  • Cake Sprinkles
  • Cakepop holder or tall glass

 

Method

  1. Heat the chocolate in separate bowls over simmering water, keep on a low heat and be sure not to let the water from the bowls touch the chocolate. Once melted, let the chocolate cool but only for a few minutes
  2. Push the lollypop sticks through the marshmallows, dip into the white or milk chocolate and then sprinkle with your favourite sprinkles.
  3. Stand in your cakepop holder or tall glass until set and then repeat the process again.

Fairy Bread Sandwiches

Fairy Bread Sandwiches make a colourful edition to any kids party and they are very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of bread (White/Brown)
  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese
  • Cake sprinkles

 

Method

 

  1. With a sharpe knife, cut the crusts off the bread and then cut the bread into quarters. Leaving you with eight quarters of bread
  2. Using a cookie cutter, cut shapes in the middle of quarters one to four.
  3. Spread cream cheese bread quarters five to eight.
  4. Place the bread on top of each other to create a sandwiches
  5. Add the sprinkles to the middle of the cream cheese.
